Moncures currently offers standard delivery within the United Kingdom.

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday).

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Delivery Times

Standard delivery times are shown at checkout. All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by peak periods, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

If your order includes tracking, you'll receive tracking information via email once dispatched.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the parcel.

If your parcel is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll assist as quickly as possible.

Returns

We want every Moncures order to meet your standards. If something isn't right, we'll make it right within the guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used grooming products, unless the item is faulty or arrived damaged.

How to Start a Return

Return Shipping Costs

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as Moncures cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear (depending on your bank/payment provider)

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless your order was faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve it quickly, please include:
